The motel is quaint, beach town style- old, no elevator, but we definitely paid for location which made all attractions withing walking distance, thus no traffic or parking issues. It as expensive for the style, but would still stay again if in the area.

Perfect location to visit Alex Bay, Clayton and Cape Vincent. Property is well kept. Proprietor, Fred, is a great guy He wants you to have "your best time", whatever that might be. For us. it was a lot of relaxing in place.
