This is a very nice motel, especially for a family with children. There is a play yard and leisure space for all. Especially liked the large room numbers which made our room easy to find. Great breakfast bar with good protein. If we ever travel this way again, we definitely will return. Room was clean (including the carpet, which looked new) and comfortable. We could park right outside our room. The person who served us (maybe the owner), was friendly and welcoming. Was quite, too.

Break fast was great. Best motel complimentary breakfast I have had. Waffles, eggs, biscuit and gravy. Yum. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient.

The breakfast was a typical motel breakfast. Scrambled eggs, Imitation sausage same stuff you get at all mediocre motels. I had to change rooms because the polish they use on the wood furniture was so thick it made my hands sticky, and I had to leave the door open to clear the fumes

Very pleased with this motel. Friendly staff, room was clean and pool and area around it were very clean. Probably one of the cleanest I’ve seen. Outside area was very well kept and inviting.

I feel the property is well maintained and the work done to improve the rooms for a comfortable stay is exceptional. I have seen these rooms through many stages of their existence. Having grown up in Lusk as well as working at this motel, it was quite enjoyable to see these rooms evolve into a welcoming, updated and comfortable stay.

We had to go to another motel for breakfast. The breakfast was outstanding. They must have some kind of deal with the other motel. This was not a problem at all. The personnel at both places were extremely helpful.
