We had a pleasant experience and we rested a lot, the room was very clean, everything organized, spacious, we stayed in a room with two beds. The pool space is very nice. Nearby there are places to have breakfast and buy food. Montauk is a spectacular place and our stay here was very good

They have gone out of their way to turn this from a motel to a boutique style hotel and it works! the communal fire pits were a real treat to and a great way to meet people over an afternoon drink.
