Did not smell too much of chemicals and/or cheap motel but rather, had the overall cleanliness and smells of a mid scale hotel. (Think Holliday Inn.) Quiet air conditioner. Quiet location …but it is albeit, in a dead quiet small town in nowhere Texas. The staff/owners were friendly, professional and very helpful. They responded immediately and helped me figure out an air conditioner problem.(Breaker was blown.)
