Nice motel near Dollywood and Smokey Mountains National Park. Rooms are spacious, very clean and have everything you need (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc.). Many parking lots available and secured. Staff is helpful and very friendly. Free donuts, cookies and popcorn available at the office :)

For the location and price you can’t beat it. The staff is the best part of staying here and my daughter loves Pepe the parrot in the lobby. Rooms are extra nice and comfortable along with being next door to a grocery store and the exit to Dollywood. My family will stay here as long as it is open. Thank you all for the memories made with my family.

Because they put us in wrong room, suppose to have 2 queen beds but had us down for 1 king room. So they gave us a room that had 2 separate bedrooms. Beds was not the best but having 2 tvs was nice. I will stay there again. Great location and people are extremely nice. Flapjacks is right behind motel. We walked out the back door and went for breakfast, that was nice
