They were charing $80.00 cash deposit. The pool was closed. They weren't serving breakfast and they're were 2 police cars in parking lot when we were checking. It also stunk! This place shouldn't even be open! We did not stay! It has the vibe of the Bates motel. It gives you the creepy crawls.

I had room 216 which was a suite and was very good. They were just starting a complimentary Happy Hour when we started (free nibbles etc) but we didn’t partake though it was tempting. Easy to find location, with plenty of free parking, good nearby Walmart and handy for downtown Springfield (about 10-25 minutes).

One of the best breakfast buffets that I’ve experienced and this weary traveler really appreciated the excellent Mexican restaurant that attached to the motel…you don’t have to leave the motel to get there. You must try their Cucumber Jalapeño Margarita.
