Location is excellent. Shopping centers, cafes, grocery stores, and restaurants are in walking distance. The staff members were friendly and helpful. There were two desks and three chairs in total in the room, making it a great place to work. I read some reviews before going and I got worried about bugs, but there were none . The room was clean and they recently installed new carpets.

The sheets were like $3.00 ones from Kmart.. the paint in bathroom painted over the aluminum towel rack. It looked like an army barracks from WWII. Do not recommend. If everything else in the Buffalo area had not been booked because of homecoming and the Bills game, I would have checked out.GailFamily with young children

Prices have gone up a lot this summer, but compared with other places in the Buffalo area, there was really no cheaper option. It was clean and comfortable though an older building. Lot's of easy places to get food nearby. Close to I-190.
