It is always very clean, love the kitchenette, price is WAY good, staff always congenial. Great "bang for your buck"! Nice location to get to restaurants, attractions or just sightseeing. Bathroom a little small, but to be expected with older facility, always super clean. Heat works great! have not stayed there in summer so don't know about A/C.

For what it is, it has been kept up well - flat screen TV, small refrigerator and a microwave in the room. No closet, but a dresser with nook to hang clothes. Very clean with newer bathroom , though like in a mobile home. Best value for the money. If you want luxury you'll pay 2-3 times as much/night. If you want a basic clean place for a few days this is it. The breakfast, again for the price, was excellent: coffee, yogurt, fruit, V-8 juice, oatmeal in ready-made cups to add hot water.
