The big desk and comfy chair worked great for me since I work remotely. Also we enjoyed the gym. It has an elliptical machine and a treadmill. It's great to have laundry facilities as well. My wife used the app to pay for the landry. Super easy, just make sure you scan the right machine each time. It's $2.50 per load, per machine. So $5 to wash and dry one load.
