What a surprise! We are road-tripping and ended up in the Rolling Hills Motel in NJ. We could not have ask for anything better. We had a King Room and we expected the usual under-value run-down motel room. BUT Rolling Hills Motel was AWESOME: the room felt like a home away from home with nicely smelling towels, a nice variety of shampoo, soap, conditioner, and even lotion, a really comfortable bed with nice linen and a pretty duvet. There was a table and two chairs with seat cusion, a TV with Netflix, two pot plants (which made it really homey). Nicki welcomed us with a warmth you do rarely get to experience when staying in motels. Everything was spotlessly clean. Please, please, please keep up the good work; and please guests, appreciate the work Nicki and her team are putting into their motel. It is a real gem among all those motels in the USA (and we have travelled a LOT!).

Where the motel sits is extremely private and exceptionally quiet. I LOVED THAT! We had a snow storm and they cleared out the snow in a timely matter. A plus was the heater was hot, so we were comfortable throughout our two night stay and our ski gear dried over night, another plus was they allow pets. This place as perfect as I may have made it seem, has its negatives! However for the price we will definitely return.ValerieYoung couple

For a small motel that I'm guessing was run by a couple. They seemed to do e everything themselves the room was clean & comfortable. Lots of outlets with USB ports. We were here for a wedding the next day in Warwick NY but would love to come back to explore more of this beautiful area. Met a coupe leaving the motel who were getting back on the Appalachian trail. Quiet, clean, comfortable beds, great water pressure in the shower. Friendly clerk even tho' our check-in was late - I had called ahead to let him know.
