The bed were disgusting and the non smoking room reeked of cigarettes. My fiancé attempted to take a bath and the hot water was gone within 5 minutes. Everything about the place was bad. I don't know how they are still in business.

It is not a sterile motel, but a 9-story building in downtown, full of history, comfortable beds and a super staff. Full buffet breakfast was great. Setting in a nice dining room. I will go again in a heartbeat!

I said so there is no one above you this is not a motel 6 chain there's no 800 number to go over your head with a complaint he said no this is privit property I own it I'm the boss there is no one else to complain to I said oh so there is no better business Bureau BBB.

Reasonably priced, good size room, comfy bed - a useful one night stopover on the drive from Niagara-On-The- Lake to Washington DC. Free parking in the handy car park next door. Nice to see dogs everywhere we went, in the lifts and hallways.
