Big room, clean and new installation. It is 2 minuts walking fareway from the terminal ferry, perfect to reach Cat Ba. Even if only one person speaks English, the staff is very friendly and gave us helpuful information using Google translator.

The warm welcome was lovely, we arrived early and the lady let us check in early. We had lots of washing and she did it all for us by 10 am the next morning. She then very kindly gave us a lift to our cruise boat. The room was big and the bed very comfortable. We highly recommend.
