The hotel is amazing. Situated in a building from 1927 it really brings a royal feeling and atmosphere. The room was big, great furniture and clean. Excellent free parking. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The breakfast and the coffee in the morning were perfect. This hotel is a perl in Pleven amazing heritage and we would definitely love to visit it again.

Big room and clean. Located near Kaufland (hot ready meal availlable, if you need something to eat). Free parking. We have stayed just for one night, but for sure we'll revert here next year.

The motel name is just a misnomer. The hotel exceeds all expectations. Exceptionally clean rooms and toilets, very friendly staff, comfortable beds, pretty good food in the restaurant, quick wi-fi. Overall, one of the best places I have stayed at in a while. The value for money ratio was fantastic.

The motel is a good choice for a short stay while the transit through Bulgaria. We spent one night and were satisfied with the accomodation. The breakfast could be better but for us it was ok.

The hotel is situated in a wonderful park outside of the town. it overlooks a pair of lakes and the view from the room is hard to beat. My room was spacious and very comfortable. I had a large balcony that I enjoyed a lot. The room was very warm. There is free parking on the premises. The internet was great. Breakfast was made to order - it was very tasty. The staff handed a couple of extra requests of mine with care and expertise.

Good modern room with a frig. Very clean. Excellent breakfast. For an evening meal the restaurant does good home-style cooking at a very fair price. Be aware that this is a motel: if you don't have a car then you will have to do a long walk or take a taxi to get into the centre of town.
