The hotel boasts an excellent location, nestled in the heart of Pleven, within easy walking distance of superb restaurants and the picturesque water attraction Cascade. The room was immaculate and peaceful, while the staff were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. I don't have any problems, everything looked clean and the main thing the breakfast from the restaurant was delicious. Free parking in front of the door.The price was amazing. A great stay at this hotel.

The hotel is amazing. Situated in a building from 1927 it really brings a royal feeling and atmosphere. The room was big, great furniture and clean. Excellent free parking. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The breakfast and the coffee in the morning were perfect. This hotel is a perl in Pleven amazing heritage and we would definitely love to visit it again.

I absolutely loved my stay here at the Hotel Splendid. The Hotel are situated right on the main street in the centre of town. All the must see sights are walkable from the hotel, there is an abundance of restaurants and bars all around, it is a short 10 minute walk from the bus station. The reception area is very welcoming and cosy. There is also a fridge in the communal area with cold beers and soft drinks as well as chocolate. My room was room 402, a very cosy double room with a very comfortable bed and a delightful bathroom. Free tea and coffee making facilities. The wifi was strong and reliable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would love to stay again one day. I will specifically request to stay in room 402 again!

The receptionists and hotel manager were polite and welcoming answering any questions! Both times we stayed in this hotel we arrived at lunchtime and they let us check-in early after I gave them only few hours notice in advance of my arrival time! It is a boutique gem tucked in the premium location of the city. Visit to the centre with many shops and cafes is also a nearby walk. There was no noise in the rooms, the air-conditioning worked perfectly and beds were comfortable so we had a very good night sleep. The hotel even though small has a lift. The rooms were tastefully decorated especially the twin room that we stayed the first night. There were slippers, toiletries and towels provided.

The hotel boasts an excellent location with plenty of original artwork in each room as well as in the common areas. It is impeccably clean, offers a stunning view from the windows, and, despite its central location, remains quiet. Once you close the windows, you can barely hear anything from outside, even the tolling of the nearby church bell.
