This is like a runaway place where you can chill and feel like at home. Kitchen is packed with everything you need, beds are super comfy, there is everything you need, virtually everything. They provide free parking and it is underground with direct access to the building. Love it.

The location is fantastic. The 15 minute parking is always full so you'll likely have to find somewhere else to park. Once checked in, you can get a key fob to secure, free parking less that a block away, though! There are lots of transit stops along Banff ave so I would highly recommend taking transit everywhere! The hotel is quirky but cute - mountain views from every room!

Nice large room with microwave and fridge. Asked for a kettle and it was provided. Hot tub was a nice size and clean. Used it every day. Free parking.

Nice accommodation in Lake Louise. Good proximity to the ski resort and Lake Louise itself. Free shuttle to all ski resorts in Lake Louise and Banff. Although an extra, breakfast on site was good with a huge amount of options to choose from. Pool and hot tubs were a joy. Pizza and pasta restaurant onsite was the best, with a good atmosphere. Free parking, always a bonus.

Such a cute place, loved the hot tubs between buildings, breakfast in the mornings and within minutes walk to downtown. Good free parking space as well. Enjoyed our stay, we will be back.
