He was helpful and responsive even before we got there helping us with the transportation and welcoming us when we arrived with dinner and warm tea. We were pleasantly surprised to wake up in the morning with the beautiful view of one of the main climbing craigs, Plaje de la Mansour. We were also able to reach the other main climbing spots with just a walk or hike. The breakfasts and dinners were really delicious and and we appreciated the sandwiches that they prepared for us for the climbing day. And not only Ibrahim but all the staff at the hotel was lovely and kind. Also, slept really well because the room is well equipped with thick blankets even if the nights are colder and at night you only hear the sound of river and wind. Can’t wait to return to this place!
