Room was spotlessly clean when we arrived and the cleaning ladies did a fabulous job of servicing them daily. Checking in was seamless and we were shown around the unit and everything explained in detail how to use air con, TV, etc. No road noise could be heard and bed was so comfy, we slept well! As we travel alot, it is important we choose good accommodation and I can, without a doubt say that this motel is top of our list! Thanks so much for your hospitality!

Guests staying at Aura Accommodation can enjoy summer, bathing in the large outdoor geothermal heated swimming pool or fire up the BBQ on a beautiful Rotorua evening. The property is within walking distance of all the central city attractions and local markets on offer. As we drove in the driveway we were warmly greeted by Chloe who showed us our room and explained the facilities including the mineral water pools which are open until late at night. The following day we were wondering where to go and the other young lady explained everything and showed us our options on a wall map. Excellent service!

Our plane was delayed and the staff were very accommodating about a late check for us. The room and bathroom was exceptionally clean. The furnishings were very clean and tidy, not tatty and old. The kitchen had everything we needed. We had a lovely little outdoor sitting area which was private and sunny.
