I had a very negative experience with this facility, and I will never stay there again. I will also make an effort to tell all of my friends and family not to stay here, as well as to tell any of the visitors to my place not to stay at this motel. I cancelled all of my reservations made through Booking.com since they overcharge on the website and mistreat customers. I discovered that when customers book directly with hotels, they pay 50% less than I do.

The reception said , no free parking at all. Someone mentioned in homepage there is free parking which is fake. Reception girl mentioned 50 sr per day for parking!!

This is supposed to be a 5 star hotel, but the rooms look like a 2 star hotel or a motel. I was very disappointed with how old and outdated the rooms are, furniture and bathroom. The TV was a 20 year old model and pretty much everything else. I don't understand how they are considered 5 star.
