Excellent location near all the major District 1 attractions. Room was modern and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was lovely. Air conditioning is delightful. Breakfast buffet is excellent - includes a Phở and build your own bánh mì station. Good coffee selection too with lattes available or Vietnamese coffee.

The price is great for what you get and the location. The twin room with the balcony is great. They make really good coffee.

The hammock in each room and the swings on the roof were fun. It's centrally located, so it's a cheap Grab ride anywhere you want to go. There is a family mart just down the street and good food options on the road.

Good quiet location with a heap of good coffee shops and eateries in close proximity. Close to walking street, clean property and rooms.

Jolie garden and rooftop pool! Quiet and comfy room. Great breakfast, good coffee selection. Location is great. Personnel speaks good English and is very attentive and responsible. Free afternoon tea.

Our balcony view was extraordinary. The breakfast was impressive for all nationalities tastes. Roof bar and pool excellent. Good location, easy to call a Grab or walk for 20mins and you’ll be at the Museum of Remnants and independence palace passing many good coffee bars en route Great restaurant opposite - Warning Zone

Absolutely perfect. Jolie was excellent with communication. Let us enter remotely later at night due to late arrival to HCM. Exactly as pictured. Area excellent. I’ve been to HCM around 20 times and never stayed in same place twice but I have now found a place I would return to. Mini mart at end of street, excellent vegan Restaurant opposite accomodation and easy walk to markets and river for my exercise! Great shower and the softest, cleanest and fluffiest towels of my entire three week trip! Air con great. Everything great.
