We had a wonderful stay here. The motel is run by a family that is very committed to make your stay as good as possible. The place is very new and clean. Everybody was very welcoming and helpful. The owners speak perfect English and were very interested in talking and getting to know us. They arranged a trekking tour for us and we rented a scooter for a fair price with them. We had very good noodle soup with egg every morning! I would definitely recommend this guesthouse and stay here again, if ever back in Sa Pa.

The staff helped us in anyway possible. Was always there to help us where needed. The food was really great, so was the service. The room was extremely comfortable and good shower. We did a 1 day trekking with someone from the red Dao tribe and took the herbal bath. Because it was pretty cold outside this was even more relaxing. We had to leave at 6.30h the staff made sure we still had some breakfast for on the road, very helpfull.

Good service like 5 stars hotel. Friendly staff, speak English very well. they do provided us everything we asked, like more towels & reasonable price car to Cat Cat village. Good variety of breakfast good coffee. Perfect location, walking distance to anywhere. Quiet at night. We feel comfortable & warm stay at Saparis Hotel. We had great time, thank you

Everything! -the view from my room was amazing -food served tasted great -the room was as described in my booking -wifi’s good, was able to work remotely -staff felt like family -they arranged my trekking tour as well as transpo whenever i feel like going to the town center -location is far from the busy town center, which i preferred, and the place has wonderful sunrise and fantastic sunset
