The staff helped us get a dinner reservation. Room was great and beautiful. They provided snacks and breakfast including my husband who has fish allergies. Onsen was also great.

There's a Family Mart just two blocks away. While soaking in the onsen on the patio, a cat came by seeking some pets – pretty amusing! The tranquility is fantastic. The Indonesian staff, fluent in English, made our stay incredibly seamless. They also provide complimentary beverages, including a couple of beers in the fridge.

The Onsen was very relaxing. Convenient bus that takes you too and from the train station. The entire experience feels very relaxing and authentic Also Yaizu itself is a great town to visit. We only stayed one night on our way from Kyoto to Shizuoka, but we did not leave the premises the whole stay. Dinner, the onsen and breakfast were amazing and such a traditional Japanese experience the whole way through.
