Staff was very thorough and helpful, helped me forward our luggage over to the next hotel in Tokyo and explained everything nicely. Public sauna and bath areas were beautiful and very relaxing. Everything you need is already provided. Breakfast was amazing and delicious! So many options to choose from of both Japanese and Western varieties. Loved the late night ramen available and also the free Popsicles. So rewarding after a long day. Would definitely stay here again

It is just one JR station from USJ. You can even walk to USJ. The room we live in is clean and can have a view to USJ. A convenience store is nearby and you can buy all the stuff you are short of.

The late night soba hit the spot and the snacks were endless (popsicles, yakult, drinks in the lobby machine). Also loved the super comfortable yukatas and pjs that the hotel provided. It’s easily walkable distance from a JR station (just one stop away from Kyoto station), and there are multiple bus stops within a 5-10 minute walk that can take you all over Kyoto. It’s across the street from a 7-11, and right next to one of the prettiest parks!

From the very start at the checkin-in, were I was wqelcomed with some typical japanese sweets and matcha. I received a small tour of the hotel. About the room, it was a delightful experfience. Everything mixed the modernity of japanese culture to the tradition with a private onsen. Everything was comfortable, the clothes that accompanied the trip were extremely comfortable too, Like the bathrobe and the pajamas. The minibar being free with multiple choices was very positive. Overall perfect experience.
