Elizabeth and Satoshi were incredibly hospitable and went out of their way to make us comfortable. This included giving lifts to us into town and train station, which we really appreciated. The breakfasts and dinner were delicious, we would 100% recommend eating here. The inn is in the woods, so views are great. The room was large and comfortable. A large bottle of water was provided every night. There are a choice of onsens on site which we took advantage of and were great. The common area was comfortable and we had great conversations with Elizabeth in there. Elizabeth and Satoshi are the highlight of this stay. Please don't hesitate to book your stay here!

The staff are very nice and helpful, have a wonderful warm welcome and everyone working diligently. During my stay all the staff have been very supportive and nice, especially the F&B staffs. There was a shuttle service, which was really appreciated. The communication was perfect.

Great dinner and breakfast too!
