It is big and fully equipped super-clean appartment, that had everything I needed, also big balcony with sun beds, generally a lot of space, nice view....on my arrival there were fresh fruits on the table, water in the fridge. The appartment's located near key village points: bus station, Unida and Terencio supermarkets, bakery and San Luis great local restaurant. If you prefer to cook, instead of going to the restaurant, the appt offers wide range of appliances, actually you do not anything else to make a great meal. Super comfortable bed and 2 TV sets: in the leaving room and in the bedroom. Loved those, especially after the whole day of hard hiking. The access to the hiking trails is very easy: either to take the bus or to start from Valverde - all in the appt neighbourhood. The place is clean and smells very nice which is not a regular thing in the islands. Totally worth its price.
