Having spent over 20 years travelling often for work and pleasure and staying hundreds of hotels and bed and breakfasts I have to rate this in my top ten ever. Beautiful house and gardens, very friendly helpful staff, comfortable, elegant. It was a real pleasure to stay here, my only regret was that it was only one night.

Le propriétaire du château est très chaleureux et sympathique, et l'hôtel a été méticuleusement entretenu par le propriétaire. L'hôte est très compétent et superbe en cuisine. Le dîner et le petit-déjeuner sont très satisfaits. Le dîner comprend non seulement de délicieuses entrées et plats principaux, mais également de délicieux desserts faits maison. This lovely place was a real find. Travelling up and down the A1 motorway we had been looking for some time for a quiet, comfortable place for a stopover. This is it....within a few minutes drive from the motorway, beautifully quiet and in a tiny hamlet, these comfortable and well-equipped apartments are perfect if you are happy to cook your own meal and open your own bottle of wine. Obviously do your shopping first, but once there you can enjoy the peace, sit out on the little terrace and enjoy the farmland surroundings. We have stayed here several times now on our journeys up and down France and will keep coming back.

The house is tastefully decorated and well-equipped. The bedrooms are especially nice - bright and airy with comfortable beds and quality bedlinen. We stayed for only one night as a stop-over and coming from the city we loved the peaceful setting overlooking the fields and with plenty of space for our 2 boys to run around outside. They also loved the table football in the basement (where some outdoor games are also stored) and the horses and donkey grazing in the neighbouring field. The owners gave a discreet and warm welcome and we would certainly stay here again.

The location was perfect, right in the centre of town by the Carrefour. The apartment had everything we needed and was clean and nicely decorated.
