The place is fabulous, as is the hostess. Everything was comfortable, and extravagantly so. The multi-talented hostess prepared and served us an outstanding breakfast. Most importantly, she is a people person who takes great interest in her guests, and also a highly accomplished artist and restorer of antiques. She has fully restored the historic house into a villa which is lavishly furnished and decorated with her pastels and paintings as well as her restored antiques.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Agriturismo I Fondacci, and it was an experience beyond expectations. From the moment we arrived, Maria, the incredibly kind owner, made us feel right at home. The accommodation was charming, offering a perfect. The couple who run the hotel and restaurant absolutely made my stay, they were wonderfully welcoming, helpful and fun. So much so that the few issues I would normally have (small shower, room decor etc) melted away under their charm. To be fair, they said that they are starting out and renovating as they go along so have plans to make changes to the rooms, which, to be clear were perfectly clean and comfortable. It was a great stay, great value for money, a lovely location and I would be delighted to come back and visit again.

staff were lovely and even set us breakfast in the morning (we actually weren’t planning on having breaky so didn’t come down, but before we left our host had prepared something for us), amazing Dinner was sooooo delicious, well worth eating here, even if not staying thank you so much Grazie mille

Close to shops and restaurants. Spacious parking nearby. Elevator in the building. Well equipped kitchen. Clean and newly renovated flat. Any issue was quickly resolved by the friendly and helpful hosts. It was easy to get in contact with the hosts. We used the possiblity of upgrading the breakfast with savoury choices and it was good and a big amount.

We were welcomed warmly by the owner. Spacious and comfortable room and a separate bathroom, well equipped. Breakfast was really nice, great variety! Thank you for the freshly squeezed spremuta! We were the only guest during our one night stay, so a lot of privacy. We had good dinner at Pizzeria in 5 min walk.
