Everything is very modern and updated in this apartment. The lights set up in the apartment make it fun to be there. Location: even it is far from the beach it’s in the heart of Swinemünde. Supermarkets, shopping, restaurants in walking distance, the old port as well. Parking: it is easy to find free parking in the neighborhood. Check in: was so easy. The owners inform on time about everything you need to know.

This property was such a terrific find. The location was just perfect in being accessible and yet private - steps from the Promenade but nestled on a quiet, tree-lined, residential street away from the trams and tourist commotion. Parking on the street was actually very easy, although the property does have secure, covered parking available as well (be sure to ask at booking). We can’t say enough good things about Swinoujscie - our favorite parts were strolling along the Promenade, visiting the peaceful forest parks within the city, and of course the world-class sugar-sand beach. With inexpensive rental bikes we set off on the public bike paths that wind through Swinoujscie and extend across the German border, linking dozens of picturesque coastal villages filled with shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was new and beautifully decorated, with natural stone finishes, a large comfortable bed, big-screen TV, new kitchen appliances/coffee makers etc. We enjoyed having coffee on the balcony in the morning surrounded by bird songs from the trees. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful which was much appreciated since we had never been to Swinoujscie before and don’t speak Polish very well. We very much enjoyed our stay and would love to return.

Shops and drink bar near by, free parking for the car included. Rather nice temperature in the appartement despite very warm days. Nice green area around the house with old trees. Lovely with extra towels, sheets and even 2 beach chairs that you can take to the beach. We enjoyed the balcony with furniture to sit and relax at.BrigitaDenmark

The location is good, near the river and in the city centre next to the fountains of Plac Wolnosci and many shops and restaurants nearby. The beach and promenade are about 20/25 minutes walk away. Park Chopina is just 5 minutes walk. The rooms are large and spacious. There are car parking spaces at the side of the building.

As my stay was in the studio flat apartment next door, I can say that apartment is in a perfect location, 15 min walk to the sea one direction , less than 10 to the city centre the other direction. Street with free parking, 1 min walk from the location so no worries about the car park. Grocery shops and fantastic restaurants near by (between 1 to 5 min walk).GUnited Kingdom
