This is the cutest little house. It isn't cluttered or overly decorated, which my OCD loved. Too much stuff makes me anxious. It has everything you need. Everything was organized in a way that made sense in the kitchen. It was quiet and clean. Beautiful view of the city. The shower pressure was great, which my thick Irish hair needs. There was plenty of hot water. Great location to everything. We went to the island, the Absecon lighthouse, the boardwalk, and Smithville (cutest town ever). Aquarium, museum, and Ripleys were closed but close by. The owners are extremely pleasant and attentive. Seems to be in a nicer part of town as well. The neighbors are so pleasant and friendly as well. We didn't want to leave and thought about booking for the weekend too, but it was sold out, so if you're thinking about it, stop reading and snag it now.

Super clean and nicely furnished and equipped apartment (comfy; one queen bedroom, one double twin bedroom), with dining room seating for six, and a comfortable sofa and chair in the "living room". Pots, pans, utensils, etc were reasonable for food preparation, though we were on a short holiday and mostly ate out. The Bartram beach, a few houses from the boardwalk, is well known as a focal point, but was quiet (though still well-groomed) in the off season while we were here. Hosts were quick to respond to email, and were helpful with suggestions. No services were needed.

This beautifully renovated home was exactly what was needed for my mother, cousins and I to celebrate my aunts 58th birthday. It was perfect fit for the 8 of us. Loads of closet space. Easy keypad entry for the main door and apartment door. Near the beach/boardwalk/casinos. Convenience store across the street and Dollar General a couple blocks away for odds and ends. Street parking had been available, but they also had a lot behind the building.

Very nice lobby and nearby parking on the street for a lower fee instead of in the parking lot for $25 per day was nice. The Italian restaurant was great for dinner! Susan was my waitress and she was amazing. The front desk staff were great too!
