I booked a room to celebrate my partner’s birthday, and when I told the staff they prepared a letter and a box of chocolates for him! My partner was so pleased. A but thank you to the staff for being so kind and considerate. My partner and I often stay at hotels, but we both agreed that this is definitely one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at!

Hotel Metropolitan Kamakura is located in Kamakura, within 20 km of Sankeien and 21 km of Yokohama Marine Tower. With a restaurant, the 4-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. Private parking is available on site. Excellent location— wonderful front desk staff. Room was very comfortable, although it did not have an especially nice view.

The Suite was huge, had a very large gym and had a lounge for staying guests. The elevator was also fast. The hotel was near Sakuragicho station and had an escalator connection to Bashamichi station.

The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage space and currency exchange for guests. We stayed here as we had an early flight to Haneda the next morning. Everything about this hotel is perfect. The staff is courteous, prompt, respectful, even if you don’t speak Japanese. Everyone is so amazing. The coffee shop on the premise is also so amazing. I had an iced latte and it was delicious on a hot day. We stayed on the 11th floor with multiple suitcases but it didn’t matter because there were 3 working elevators. The hallways are dark and sophisticated. Going into the rooms, you see how spacious they are, there is space to relax, put your things in order, and unwind. The rain shower is so great. The bed is large, comfortable, with the most amazing pillows. The pajama was very comfy too. Overall this hotel is a 10/10. So close to any shop you can need, any food you can want, shopping center close by for any last minute purchases, and very easy to get to from Haneda.

Boasting an open-air bath and views of mountain, Onsen Guest House Tsutaya is a recently renovated ryokan situated in Hakone, 6.5 km from Hakone-Yumoto Station. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and private parking is available on site. The accommodation features a lift, a shared kitchen and luggage storage for guests. The indoor and outdoor onsen were beautiful and comfortable, as was the lounge. The staff was also exceptionally friendly. This is an excellent choice for a traditional onsen experience with modern comfort.

At the guest house guests are welcome to take advantage of a hot spring bath. Guests at Onsen & Garden -Asante Inn- will be able to enjoy activities in and around Gora, like hiking. The owner Kobayashi san and the staff are all very friendly and helpful, everything is well maintained and clean, the common room is very chill and has great view of the beautiful garden. The use of onsen is by reservation so no need to worry that you'll have to share with other guests, which is good for solo traveler. The bed and duvet are comfortable in the dorm room, had a good sleep. Too bad I only get to stay for one night and didn't get the chance to try their meal neither. The only little downside is location, need to walk uphill a bit from bus stop 宮城野橋, but shouldn't be a problem. (They also offer free shuttle from guesthouse to Gora station in the morning). Overall I had a good stay, highly recommend!

Motomachi-Chukagai Subway Station is just a 1-minute walk away. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. The hotel employees are very nice, and we had a good experience in this hotel, thank you so much.

Just 500 metres from Miyanoshita Station, it offers indoor and outdoor pools, a spa and a restaurant in a converted Imperial Villa called Kikka-so Inn. Rooms feature bathtubs with natural hot-spring water. Beautiful hotel, bedrooms were so comfortable, terrific Onsen, staff were so friendly, one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in 😄

The property was well positioned. As you would expect from a Hilton the facilities were great. Staff extremely helpful and genuinely friendly which made the stay all the better. Room facilities were top notch.
