I really enjoyed my stay at the Nirvana Retreat center! Shakur was kind, helpful, respectful and knowledgeable as he gave me a tour around the compound and helped me with my luggage to my room. Subrina at the reception desk was helpful and sweet checking me in and taking care of added needs throughout the day. Vinitha served me breakfast with the biggest smile and the sweetest conversation. I was impressed by all the staff who warmly greeted me every time I passed by them, which remind me of other cultures I've lived in where you greet those you pass by. It made me feel so nice! Every encounter was exceptional. The grounds have a lot to offer especially for families or groups like bbq facilities, pools, sports courts, arts and yoga classes. I loved the green grass real and artificial, the lake with it's paddle boat, all the beautiful trees and places you could sit and rest and enjoy the surroundings. I liked that each room had a spot to park your car next to it and even charging stations. The room was perfect with a big window looking out at the horses and mountain. The bed comfortable and room clean and perfect with tea and coffee, fruits and fridge and other amenities even a notepad and pen, and bathrobe! I had an ostrich looking thru my window and the next morning he surprised me at my front door. It was so lovely to be amongst the animals but also not be bothered by any of them. I wanted to rest alone and I came on a weekday so it would be more quiet and it was less guests so perfect for my needs. Also gps worked wonderfully to get me there so that wasn't difficult either. The next day I was only 25 minutes drive from the flamingo beach. I really enjoyed my stay and would love to come again by myself or invite a small group of friends! You will not regret staying here! What a delightful place! Thank you to everyone at Nirvana Retreat center! Keep up the awesome work!

Location was superb and the room view was exceptional as it had a beach view. We were welcomed with water and chocolate. Host was responsive. Had went there to celebrate my wife's birthday and I had requested for decor. They decorated the room and I really appreciate it. Really liked the place and would want to visit again.

This would be a good place to travel with a family or a bunch of friends who could all stay in rooms within the same villa. A pub and golf club restaurant are near by and within walking distance. Lovely area with golf club and green walking paths. Al Hamra public beach and yacht club allow dogs on leashes and were both very pleasant. Muse restaurant also allows dogs.StaceyGroup

Dog friendly location was a huge plus; was great to see our pug interact with other dogs and be off the leash. Great time to relax, bbq, and enjoy the cool nights. Owners were helpful and accommodating in every way.
