This lovely, spacious and comfortable house was perfectly located to explore Chinon and environs. Although I didn't meet the host, contact prior to the stay was easy and response always quick and informative. The house has everything you need, although the variety of restaurants in Chinon may mean you don't bother to cook at home. It was a lovely haven to come back to after a day of exploring. Beds very comfortable and quality linen. I certainly hope to return here on my next stay in the vicinity.

The location is quiet yet in easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the river. The breakfast was copious and delicious, especially the homemade jam. We plan to return next year. Free secure parking was a bonus.
