Everything about the property were 10/10! I have already recommend the property to my family and friends! The owner had gone above and beyond, provided everything we needed for the weeks stay. The site the property was on was excellent, our dog loved being able to run in the orchard morning and night. Val the owner left us a bottle of prosecco and more upon our arrival, even the dog got a bone! The property was very very clean and we were blown away with the design of the property! The added bonus of being able to watch all sports and brand new released films on the TV was also great for the evenings we stayed in the property. Amazing location with Cartmel only being a two minute drive away or short walk. Also ideal spot to travel to all popular locations around the lakes! We will for sure want to stay again!

    Lovely location, very dog friendly, more dogs than people on some days, but all well behaved. The room was fantastic. Lovely views from a large picture window, bed very comfortable, large bathroom with bath and shower, . Restaurant had a small choice but enjoyed what we had, and sunday dinner was nice also. We were lucky with the weather, so we were able to enjoy drinks in the sun on the terrace. I am very pleased with our stay, and we will definitely book again.

    The whole experience was great. Very nice room, helpful and professional staff, an owner who is genuinely interested in your well being and enjoyment and a good bar and food. As dog owners, it is always great to stay in a genuinely dog friendly venue like this, not somewhere where it is essentially an afterthought or to tick a box. Location superb.

    The location is beautiful and the property and garden are beautiful. Sam and Ian were fabulous hosts. So friendly , thoughtful and made our stay really lovely. The breakfast was amazing and such a great menu to choose. Thankyou both so much and Lennon the most handsome dog!

    Set in a beautiful location with views over to the estuary and with easy access to both the Lakes and the Coast. Pets welcome with easy access out at night/early morning. The newer rooms were very luxurious with beautiful bathrooms

    The ambience is delightful, as is the convenience of being set in the middle of the town. The rooms are cosy and spotless clean, warm, and comfy beds. The staff were very attentive, The quality of food very good. They were also fabulous with pets - one of the best places I have ever visited with my dog. Room 10 and 2 have lovely little balconies overlooking Priory which is beautiful. Richard English the owner is an excellent and very attentive host - class act.

    Dinner was delicious. Dog friendly which was nice as had a long journey to get there and our dog got spoilt. Breakfast was great too, included in price so good value.

    Amazing breakfast cooked by Sam every morning, great location south of Lake District and just a short drive from the beautiful village of Cartmel. Wonderful welcome from Sam, Ian and their dog Brock. Bedroom, bathroom and dining areas were spotlessly clean. We were so delighted to have stayed in their B&B and will definitely be recommending it to family & friends.
