This was a family weekend (5 adults) and this property and location were just perfect allowing us to really enjoy our time together. The cottage has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable, homely, self catering break. It is very clean and beautifully furnished. There are very clear instructions providing directions to the parking at the back of the property. Faith was so helpful and replied to a couple of questions promptly. There is so much attention to detail in the property. I am confident whoever stays there will have a lovely experience. We certainly did. The Prosecco and Bara Brith on arrival was a very welcome touch! Diolch.

Absolutely the best holiday property we have ever stayed in. Spotlessly clean with everything you need for a holiday and more. Lovely starter pack. My husband was born in Criccieth and we were taking his two adult granddaughters on a trip down memory lane. (They had never heard their grandfather speak Welsh and were amazed) The 2 bedrooms with the shower on the top floor were ideal for them and the grand bedroom at the front was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Downstairs there were two lounges which could be separated by double doors. Ideal for game playing teenagers and children while parents relax in the lounge. American fridge and double oven was ideal especially as the house sleeps 8 people. The photos don’t do it justice. The location was excellent for visiting the shops and town and a stone’s throw from the beach. Parking nearby next to the Blue China cafe or on the seafront was plentiful. We were there in April/May may be busier in holiday times but public car park not far away. Hope to be back next year to explore further afield. Thanks to our hosts.

We loved everything about the cottage. There was absolutely nothing missing for our stay. The hosts have gone above and beyond. We stayed 9th -12th August, the weather was fab, we drove on to Black Rock beach, Porthmadog every day and enjoyed the huge beach, the sea and the breeze, our car was loaded up with chairs, umbrellas etc., A bargain £5 per car. The walk from the cottage to High street takes 6 mins down and 10 mins back up. After our evening meal we enjoyed a stroll along Criccieth prom.

Despite the confusion of finding the place, once I actually read the instructions from Rachel, we found it. Definitely in a remote location, which was actually really pleasant. It was nice to escape from the city life we are normally used to in this rural area. Lovely comfy place, big enough for the two of us. It was a surprise trip for my boyfriends birthday and Rachel kindly provided us with birthday decorations, a cake and a bottle of our favourite wine. The place was amazingly clean, which was good for my OCD, and it was well equipt with everything you need. The location was amazing, especially at night time with the lack of light pollution, we were able to star gaze and see plenty of shooting stars. Gorgeous area, Rachel was an incredible host.

    Location was great , Lovely cottage warm and clean . Great for a girlie weekend with the dog . Hosts were excellent in communication. Cottage had everything you needed , lots of information on website. Will definitely be back for another visit .

    A beautiful cottage in a quiet location. Beth was lovely and helped us find dog-friendly beaches (Pwllheli is the best). The cottage was very comfortable and the perfect base to explore the Llŷn Peninsula.

    Location and views were wonderful, the welcome package was lovely and all facilities were available, such as washing machines, dryers, hair dryers, microwave, fridge, freezer, information pack for visiting places, two dog beds, the list goes on. Oh and the king size beds were nice too

    Stunning view, well equipped, very comfortable and in a perfect location in walking distance to the beach and high street. Super dog friendly. The provision of dog beds, bowls and dog towels was a lovely touch. Our dogs loved their stay!
