The street it resides in in St Peter Port is lovely with the excellent pub on the corner and the shops / town centre on the doorstep. Excellent location and beautiful views over St Peter Port harbour. Comfortable rooms and excellent beds. The chef is outstanding and I enjoyed the best hot breakfast I recall having in a hotel. The restaurant for dinner is superb with a great seasonal menu.

The hotel parking was very handy but be aware that to get there it's a rabbit warren of streets to find it and tight to get in and out of the car park but once you get the hang of it, it's all straightforward. The welcome was very warm from the staff and the room was comfortable and very clean.
