We love the hospitality of the owner and his staff. The hotel has excellent location. It is right on the beach and next to the famous archeological site of Akrotiri. It is 1-5 min walking to a row of excellent restaurants which we had 3 dinners there. It is next to a pickup place for a boat tour to the red, white and black beaches. The hotel is newly remodeled and decorated. The beds are comfortable. The room is spacious. The linen is very clean. We had maid service every day of our stay. I had a strained angle and the owner kindly relocated me to a room at a room at a lower level so I did not have to climb many stairs and our breakfasts were delivered to our room daily. The hotel is at the beach and we enjoyed sunrise from the terrace every day. Excellent stay.

breakfast is amazing, the staff couldn’t be more friendly or helpful. the view is stunning, the pools outside the rooms will blow your mind. the cleaning staff were amazing and went above and beyond, folding clothes and tidying loose cables. the service truly was 7 star from reception to the restaurant. I would highly highly highly recommend this hotel to anyone, the service is Ritz Carlton level.

We were so happy to find out that this accomodation is on top of the hill with breath taking view of the island. On one side is the caldera and the epic landscape of Santorini, on the other is the view to antient city of Akrotiri, the sea and high hills where antient city of Thera. The suite was spacious, extremely clean and well furnitured. Simple greek styl with very comfortable beds and sheets (!!). Our little balcony faced the pool and had astonishing view. About the road to get there - just take it easy, it is not that drammatic. There is one narrow passage, but you will make it. The host was a very pleasent person, the efforts that he put must be praised! His daughter as well, professional and available at all times. They managed to keep things very simple but still meeting high standards. Beside extremely nice accomodation they also provide a sweet and coasy family atmosphere. Our respect. We plan to come back :)

Hotel is located on the quiet side of the island, without too many tourists around. View is breathtaking: able to overview the sea, crater and most part of the island without obstacles; over night, can see radiant lights from Fira and Oia direction. Stuff are super friendly and helpful, warm hearted and joyful communication through. Big thank you to: Alexandra, Dimitra, Isabel, Nikos, Aggelos, Ilias and more: ) You provided me such nice memory holiday on the island. I wish I can come back again in future! The pool is beautiful, and super relaxing. Felt time stopped.

This is an absolutely unique accommodation in the sense that you are staying at the caldera side of the island enjoying the spectacular views, but at the same time having the opportunity to go for a swim as the accommodation is located at sea level and close to the so-called Caldera Beach - which is one of only a handful of small beaches on the caldera side of the island, and the only one accessible by car. All the other expensive accommodations overlook the Caldera but since they are located on a cliff, you never get to swim in the sea unless you drive to a different part of the island. Me and my girlfriend strongly believe that going to an island does not make sense if you won't swim in the sea, and so even though we spent almost 3 weeks at a cheaper part of the island, we also wanted to try the caldera-side with the views for the last two nights before we leave, so we spend the extra money to stay here, and also swim in the caldera itself. For this, this accommodation is perfect, and possibly the only one on the island that fulfills these criteria. Also, it is a traditional cave house, but with all the modern amenities that one might require. This is a very romantic experience with a beautiful terrace directly by the sea. We also got to see the sunrise once which was beautiful. In high season when the sun is high, and sets further in the northwest, rather than at the end of September when we stayed there, you would probably also experience beautiful sunsets. Check-in and check-out were easy as it was more typical of an Airbnb-style check-in where you let yourself in using a key box. The owner is also quite responsive in case of questions. There is a small parking by the Remezzo restaurant near the accommodation and the Caldera Beach, if you come by car or are using a transfer.

Can't say enough positive things about Arcana Villas, Neella and Anastasia. From waiting up until midnight to receive us when we arrived to delicious fresh breakfast every morning to helping my wife find medical attention when she had an unexpected medical event - simply the best part of our 4 week stay in Greece was our 6 days at Arcana. They even booked the events we wanted to participate in around town for us; including a yacht tour of the island which Anastasia managed to get upgraded for us from the originally booked sailboat tour. How we wish we could have stayed here longer. Indeed we will in the future!

the views are incredible, the jacuzzi on the roof was perfect. heat off during the day so we could cool off, heat on in the evening to enjoy when it’s cooler outside. also I’m walking distance to amazing restaurants and a couple of markets. David was helpful and responsive during our stay. also the groceries at the beginning were such a nice touch!

Stavros met us at the door to show us everything in person! From the start, it was an amazing experience. You can expect a beautiful cave apartment which is the perfect little retreat for you and a loved one. All updated inside, so it's modern with a cozy feel. Not only is the cave fantastic, so is the hose Stavros. He helped us in many ways we never expected. He goes above and beyond to help people, to the extent of getting our lost luggage AFTER we left for a different island! This man is an absolute legend, can definitely expect THE BEST!
