huge rooms in a cool location! + comfortable huge bed ,with AC and hot shower .the cabin was settled amongst a palm garden -(they are no longer built with palm leaves as other reviews mention).you are a couple of minutes walk from the beach and George was super helpful and Accommodating .i would stay here again if i was in Patnem !

Exactly what I was looking for. A quiet and safe property, yoga class in the morning if you want, located 100 meters from the beach (you can hear the waves crashing from the bungalows) on the quieter and nicer part of the beach. Extremely friendly and helpful owner. Drinking water is provided. The bungalows are simple but equipped with everything you need. The veranda invites you to relax. Had booked for two nights and stayed longer. Great value for money. The accommodation is highly recommended (also ideal for long-term stays).

Beautiful apartments- very clean and the staff are willing to do anything you need (new towels, clean room, room service, etc) Free beer every single day was a perk! A quiet beach was nice to get out of the hustle and bustle- easy walk to main beach and easy enough to get a tuktuk/ cab to the main stretch of shops and bars Nice to always get a sun lounger too!

One of the best staying in Palolem. The owners, staffs and the management are very cool and the way the treated was extremely awesome. If you are looking for hostels, private rooms, luxury rooms,....then this is the best place to stay. Rishi bhai and Suraj bhai helped a lot for booking rental bikes and places to explore in Goa.

Breakfast, drinks and snacks were delicious and healthy. What was outstanding was the service: the staff made sure our stay was comfortable. They were really lovely with our 1 year old son, played with him and took him to see Leila the property’s dog when he showed interest. The massages by Uday and Savitree were superb! Make sure to consult the list of services in your room as there are many other things which we did not try.

The owner George and support staff Karthik are pleasant and approachable. The cottages are dang on the Patnem beach with easy access to good food, sea breeze and access to beach. I literally spent hours every night on the beach in front of my cottage star gazing. It's that unpolluted. The beds are comfy, water 24*7, Aircon and a pet dog, Toxy to play with!!!
