Location was great. Breakfast was home-made and delicious. The room had great character and was very clean. They also provide parking 30 meters from the place (with 18 Euros per day), which was very helpful, since the streets in Lucca's centre are a bit narrow and you don't want to look for a nice parking spot by yourself. Staff was also very kind.

The apartment is very well located, close enough to the Lucca city walls. It took about 15 minutes by bicycle to get to the city center. The apartment is very spacious, clean and well equipped. The owner gave us two bikes for our sons, which unfortunately we only used once, because of the extreme heat. We were invited to serve ourselves in the beautiful garden, full of tomatoes and other vegetables. The owner and his mother were very friendly.

The villa is freshly restored and amazing. It is absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect because you enjoy all of the benefits: being across the walled city center you are able to walk and get there - 5minutes- the place is not at all crowded and you also get free parking in the yard of the villa, which is hard to find in the center. The garden is great and having breakfast outside is very nice. The owners also will know how to guide you to beach in Viareggio/ Lido di Camaiore and will book the sunbeds for you, also they have amazing suggestions to go and eat. The rooms are extremely clean, all is new, bed is perfect, and the amenities are of course there. Perfect.

We had a separate room for our kids in addition to a charming balcony and a kitchen. The host was really nice and waited for us when we checked in late at night. There are several cute animal that you can pet: a dog, a cat and 2 donkeys.

We were met by Agnese, a friendly host. There was even a bottle of wine and some snacks waiting for us on arrival, a nice touch! Our dog enjoyed it too, pet friendly place!
