Such a wonderful place with nice sea view. Private and quiet it was a very good time over there with my family. The owner was very available for each of our request included transportation to the very close restaurant and beach. The welcome fruit set was delicious.

Good value for the money. We wanted to stay in Kata beach to try surfing, and though this place is on the other side of the beach where we want to be, it is reachable by taxi-app service ''indrive'' with 110-140THB one way, within 5mins. The apartment is spacious and pool is less crowded vs other hotels (we mostly had it to ourselves). There are also gym, table tennis facility and trampoline available. The apartment staff Egor arranged everything we asked for very quickly. Water, toilet paper, kitchen roll, towels, soap, dishwasher soap, washing machine detergent... and all other necessary things are provided. Supermarkets, shops, ATM, massage shops and restaurants...everything very accessible by foot or the taxi service. Highly recommended for the longer stays.

The location is great, very close to the night markets and an easy walk to the beach. The room and bathroom were so spacious and clean with a big balcony. Free water and rooms cleaned daily. The hotel is at the foot of the Big buddha hill, so you can see the Big buddha if you look up. The complex is not loud, so you can be assured a good night's sleep. Staff are really nice, and really try to go out of their ways to help you. On site spa is a huge plus - they are very competent and the Thai massages are top!

However you have to pay an outside vendor for lounge chairs. There are many stray dogs defecating on the beach and it didn't seem to be cleaned up by staff or outside vendor. The buffet was ok and it does look like there was a real effort to entertain the guests. The kids club was nice and the petanque patches were a nice touch.
