There was nothing we didn't like! The owners/host thought of everything and catered to all their guests needs. This is a lovely cottage and we will refer family/friends and will also be back again. The little bottle of sherry was very welcome with the cold weather this weekend, thank you.

The well-appointed home has 3 bedrooms, one of which is en suite while the other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. The main bedroom has a double bed with day bed and trunk bed. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and the 3rd bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds..

The house was very clean and neat and had anything you could possibly need for a weekend away. The garden and view of the mountains was beautiful and the location is very central if you want to explore the Southern Berg. The co-host Sara was incredibly friendly and helpful and met us on arrival to hand over the keys and gave us a run down of everything.

    The cottage was cosy and comfy. We loved the outlook towards the mountains in the distance. Wisdom, the host, was an absolute star. Nothing was too much trouble for him. We loved having a fireplace - even in January. A fire was lit every night. We loved the dogs visiting. And the cat. It was great having the horses on the property too. We enjoyed the tranquility and nearby walks.

    Really spacious room and facilities, lovely breakfast, beautiful gardens and safe location. Close to food options, petrol station and good and reasonably priced food at the country club. The lady that looked after us was fabulous but I can't remember her name. So helpful. We couldn't have asked for more
