Very functional apartment, well equipped The agency staff was very responsive and helpful, and customer service was just exceptional.

Located in Downtown Burj Khalifa area, Downtown Al Bahar Apartments offers private apartments and is attached to Dubai Mall. It offers free WiFi, an outdoor pool and a terrace. Burj Khalifa is 10 minutes’ walk away. What a gem of an apartment!! It’s located right above Souk Al Bahar, a 2-storey mall with lots of shops, a grocery store and restaurants. To get to Dubai Mall, you just go right across the Dubai Fountain, around which there are lots of restaurants, viewing areas (our kids thoroughly enjoyed riding on the lit-up cars there at night) and a children’s playground tucked away on one side. Ibrahim was very helpful (he helped us book a taxi for our 6.30 am airport pickup) and was very responsive on Whatsapp. The garden & pool were lovely (with a partial view of Burj Khalifa!), the apartment has all the amenities you need to prepare meals and do laundry, and ours came with a massive balcony overlooking a small fountain / water feature.
