It wasn't on our plans to stay there, but thank god we did it! The views are amazing, the staff is so nice, and the food, drinks, and room, all was beyond our expectations. We definitely want to return to this place and stay for more than a night.

We had a wonderful room, facing the mountains, easily access to our vehicle. We were very comfortable. Loved the firewood provided for the fireplace. The staff was very pleasant. The main building has a very nice gift shop. We enjoyed the breakfast, that was included in our price of room.

Chateau Jasper is located in Jasper National Park, only 13 minutes' drive from the Jasper Tramway and 45 minutes from Maligne Lake. Clean, spacious room with all amenities provided. Bed and cover were comfortable. Good location towards the northern part of town. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice view of the mountains. Enjoyed my stay.

Guests can pick up a salad, sandwich, baked treat or their favourite Starbucks beverage from the Crazy Elk Café located in the lobby. The hotel is very good and clean. The room was very warm, I turned off the heating because it was hot. All night the heating was turned off but it was still very warm. I am very satisfied!
