The hotel was newly refurbished, painted. The staff was very kind, spoke also Hungarian. They were flexible to change our rooms because we wanted to look toward the lake. We had no view to the lake (no such room I was told) but still we had amazing view. And we also had late check out. The spa is beautiful! Enough beds, the water elements work frequently. We could use also the spa center of the next hotel which is much bigger but much crowder and not so cosy. Breakfast was vast and good!

The apartment is bigger than expected, very nicely decorated, large bed, several sitting areas to hang out, kitchen, fresh water (the tap water in Romania is not the best, so it's amazing to have your own fresh water fountain upstairs). The location is also amazing. You have everything you need within minutes. Bars, cafe's, restaurants, the citadel, but also the train station. The owner is really nice, friendly, knowledgeable. I couldn't recommend this place more. And when I'm back in town, I will stay here again.
