Stunning location, incredibly well designed tiny house - you can see the love, care and attention that the hosts have put into these properties. The view of the river is amazing, the outdoor space with the jacuzzi and then there is the space next to the river. We had the two bed unit and it also came with a hanging netting lounge space where you could watch the stars whilst listening to the river. Just perfect.

The location is right next to a beautiful mountain river opposite a old Roman bridge. It is surrounded by forests and ancient sites are easy to drive to. Each site has a self contained cabin and it’s lovely to escape the madness of the beach resorts and relax on nature.

The owner was waiting for us when we arrived and then very kindly drove us to the supermarket to get some supplies, which due to the time of arrival was really appreciated. In fact the owner was extremely kind and helpful at all times. He was on hand (on WhatsApp) throughout our stay with suggestions, to answer any questions, or if there were to be any issues. The location was spot on, with the beach a few steps away and Side old town about a 15-20 minutes walk along the promenade. The apartment was clean and very well equipped. I especially liked the fridge full of bottles of water! We were there at the beginning of November and it was lovely and quiet, so I can't comment how quiet or noisy it would be at peak times. Overall the apartment provided a comfortable stay and we wouldn't hesitate to book again.

The staff at Kalia Beach Hotel are very friendly and always helpful. Especially Kerem, Umut and the manager of the hotel. The cleaning lady also smiling and she cleans every day with perfection. If you're looking for a holiday with a Bali vibe, then Kalia Beach Hotel will probably be a good match. The guests are adults or parents with grown up children, which means no crying babies to wake you up in the night. Great experience and certainly not my last.

It is an amazing laid-back very affordable Apart Hotel. Hussein, the receptionist, was very friendly and catered for all our needs. For example, he provided us with wine glasses. The rooms are immaculately clean and comfortable. We stayed in this hotel for many nights. I'd definitely come back here. I enjoyed this place more than the five-star hotels beautiful Side has to offer.

The hotel facilities including the beach was amazing. The staff were friendly, but the only issue is that they do not speak English mostly Turkish, German and Russian. The food and drink were so good. The package is all inclusive covering the stay, food, drink, hotel entertainments, beach access, etc... They do not provide airport shuttles, but they will arrange it with extra cost.

The house has a lovely garden and view. It’s very quiet so it’s best for some relaxing time. The owner is really nice and helpful. It was a pleasure to be in contact with him and talk to him. The kitchen has a good selection of equipment so you can cook and bake as well. There’s a bbq in the garden and more than enough chairs to sit on.

Thank you to Ibrahim and Selma for making our short stay beyond our expectations. Our rooms were prepared before arrival, so we checked in on time. The rooms are clean and spacious enough for a couple or a small family. The environment was quiet enough to rest and relax. Shops and markets are near. In the evening, we ordered some Turkish food from the nearby restaurants. It was budget-friendly. The next morning, we had our breakfast in the hotel for a reasonable price by Selma.
