Everything was absolutely perfect. Mimoza is a great host that has everything you need to have the perfect vacation in Borsh. The rooms were spacious, and everything was very clean. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities and it was very easy for us to cook our own meals when we needed to. It had lots of parking space and there are markets very near the structure. We had a great stay here and hope to return again one day.

Photos correspond to reality. It was a very comfortable place to live. Just a wonderful sea view. Easy communication with the owner of the house, always replies to messages. There were some internet problems that were quickly resolved. In conclusion, I want to say that I would definitely recommend this place to stay. If I come back to Albania, I will definitely choose this place.

Very friendly and helpful owners, Mr. Emiliano's whole family was just amazing,very kind and nice 💖people. The sea view was the most beautiful we have ever seen There isn't chance to get any better view in this area,, then this one. The apartments are absolutely TOP clean,,very cozy and welll equipped with everything needed. It's just 5min. to the Borsh beach, and approx.10-15min, to the Lukovë beach and Buneci beach, which we consider to be the most beautiful in the entire Albanian Riviera. We highly recommend these apartments because the price/quality ratio is the best and it is definitely worth it. We ourselves originally only wanted to stay for two days, but the place and Mr Emiliano's whole family were so amazing that we ended up staying for 5 days.In any case, you must not miss this place on your trip! We warmly and wholeheartedly recommend this place! ;-)

Super clean and functional. Lovely balcony. Delighted to see there was a washing machine in unit even though we were only there for 2 nights. AC worked well. Enough facilities that you could stay there comfortably for a week or more.

Make sure to get a room with a seaview as it was lovely to have breakfast on the balcony. Host was super lovely, did not speak English but very happy to communicate with the assistance of Google translate.

We booked last minute and arrived in the evening but it was no problem and they were waiting for us on arrival. Simple and clean apartments with everything you need, including a simple kitchen.
