The vila is decorated according to the latest fashion, world standards, super clean,new,sparkling, and bright. Close to the sandy beach and only 5 minutes walk into the center. The kitchen is compact and contains everything we need. Comfortable beds, air-conditioned rooms. Beautiful apartment with everything you need, just like at home. Free parking in the private yard. We will definitely visit again and also recommend it to others.

This place was amazing and looked even better than the pictures. Great location and easy check in. Apartment was nice and clean, spacious, modern, and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen with everything we needed. Manjola was great, easy to communicate with, and provided us with all the information we needed, prior and during our stay. We strongly recommend it and will visit again!

Great value for its price. The apartment is pretty spacious, very clean and has all the basic necessities. The location is very nice, in a quiet road surrounded by trees and nature. Alot of space for free parking. The host is very kind and even gave us free ice cream pack as a welcoming gesture which is a much appreciated gesture. Would highly recommend the place for some relaxing vacations!

This is a two roomed apartment right on the beach. The location is fantastic. It is on the “family end” so whilst there is a lovely beach bar in front of you, it is not blaring out boom boom music all day and night. It was extremely clean, with a good sized bathroom, aircon in each room, free Wi-Fi in each room.the beds were comfortable. David, the host, was very, very kind. He offered us drinks and ice cream on the house. His mom was kind. We felt like guests not clients. David recommended an excellent restaurant and allowed us a late check out. The beach is super clean and in June, not crowded. This is a lovely little place- I am a bit paranoid about security but was quite happy for my kids to wander around on their own to get ice cream

The host and his wife were very nice and hospitable. The apartment is exactly as shown in the picture. It was very clean and equipped with kitchen utensils, the ac worked all the time. It had hot water all the time. Good value for money. The yard was beautiful, very peaceful and quiet for a real vacation.The wifi had great signal and the TV was also working Location wise, 10-15 min walk to the nearest beach. Velipoje is a small place and everything is on the 15 minute walk distance to the furthest. We had a great stay, we truly recommended it to everyone who want to enjoy a true vacation.

The sheets were clean, confortable bed, we had natural light and the location is great and very close to the sea. The hosts Rovena and Ervin, met us at the property to hand over the keys, and both were really friendly and helpful. Check in and check out were really easy. We had a great time visiting the beach during the off season and onjoyed the calm and quite.

Beautiful and modern apartment with large balcony and a table with 4 chairs. Everything is like brand new and well appointed with cookware, plates, etc. The apartment was sparkly clean and air conditoned upon our arrival. Perfect place to stay in Velipojë.

Parking is possible in the garden, there is aircon and toys for children. The hosts are a very nice artist couple.

The location is very nice, in a quiet road surrounded by trees and nature. Alot of space for free parking. The host is very kind and even gave us free ice cream pack as a welcoming gesture which is a much appreciated gesture. Would highly recommend the place for some relaxing vacations!

The location was very quiet and close to the beach. The host and his family helped me a lot in a difficult situation when I had a little accident with my car. I felt very friendly welcomed there.
