An excellent place to stay in Mar del Plata. The location is great, the stuff is friendly and nice, the room was quiet, the sheets and blanket were clean. The breakfast, as people noticed here already, only suggests sweet pastry (with coffee/tea and juice), but for me it was enough, and, by the way, the medialunas were fresh and very delicious.

The guy in the garage (who seems to work 24 hours per day!) was brilliant and deserves a tip. Always smiling and helpful. The breakfast is excellent. The location is pretty good

Biggest selling points were the comfortable lounge with L-shaped couch and a large modern TV, the driveway and the private garden out back. The house itself is quite old but this was not an issue, as it's comfortable and private in all the right places. I look forward to staying at Fabian's House again soon!
