Mercedes (the owner lives in the house) and she is very polite even gave us very good instructions re restaurants. Javier (her son) tried to help us with exchange. We heard from another guest that Javier was very good for wine tours but we had already booked elsewhere. The girls were polite and sorted out our taxi to the airport.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had a twin room with two double beds that were really comfortable and our room was very spacious with large bathroom and excellent shower. We also had a beautiful view of the mountains. The daily wine tasting that was offered each evening was also a nice touch!

She was reachable to answer our questions before our trip and helped us avoid concerns. Even though the location seems far from the city center, it is very close to the Avenida Aristides, where you can spend your time at the famous restaurants and bars. totally recommend.

City Center and main square are in a 10min walking distance so nice for everyone who likes a nice city stay with bars and restaurants in the vicinity but without the hustle to get in or out of town. Furthermore even though only one or two behind the reception spoke English all were extremely helpful and supportive and even the service on the room floor supported right away.
