Juanlu, the host was kind enough to meet me at the train station even though it is only a 10-15 min walk to the apartment. The apartment is much bigger than most and was spotless. It was well equipped (water bottle, coffee capsules, milk, iron, hair dryer, body wash, towels, iron, A/C, washer, etc). Upon arrival Juanlu gave me a tour of the apartment and explained how everything worked. After the tour, I signed the house rules/ seasonal rental contract for tourists and handed over the 100 Euro deposit in cash in case of damages/lost keys. On the day of the checkout we did a quick walkthrough and my deposit was returned with no issues. The street (Calle Gimena) is charming and mostly accommodation for tourists, but still has some locals living there for generations. You can tell a lot of care went into this apartment. It is nicely renovated and thus treated with respect. The best part is the location. It is in the center yet only a 5 min walk to the beach (literally around the corner). I had a wonderful time and did not want to leave. I will definitely come back and stay here again. Highly recommend :)

Miguel, our host, remained in communication with us from landing in Malaga airport to our arrival at his apartment in Fuengirola. Our flight was delayed (2.5 hours) and Miguel kept himself available to be at the apartment with the key when we eventually arrived by taxi. A wonderful host, so friendly and helpful - open to communication at all times and so willing to advise and recommend sites, restaurants etc. A really lovely man, genuine and honest. We loved our ground floor apartment, 1 bedroom and living room with extra bed. Kitchen and Bathroom were ABSOLUTELY SPOTLESS. Nice outdoor patio area at back.

The garden and Lebanese restaurant connected to the hotel were beautiful. We enjoyed outdoor dining with a distant ocean view. The hotel is up in the hills in a residential area away from other restaurants and businesses but the breakfast and dinners at their restaurant were excellent so we didn't mind. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating to my husband's food allergies. The room was comfortable with its own balcony overlooking the courtyard garden. It was a very relaxing environment and I wish we had more than 2 nights there!

Little bar area to have a nightcap if you wish. Our two single beds were really comfortable. Enough wardrobe space for two for two weeks. Free safe in room. Plenty of hot water. This is a real gem. The cleaning and reception staff are so welcoming and friendly. This is a superb place to stay. Even an excellent curry house next door.

They have been nothing but kind flexible and exceedingly understanding towards us. The place was clean and pretty. All kitchenware and textiles were freshly cleaned and spotless. All machines are in perfect condition and working without any issues whatsoever! Surprisingly good price for such a great stay! 10/10 highly recommended!VivienFamily with young children

The communication with Juan prior to and during, our stay was first class and responsive. Juan was very very accommodating and I got the feeling that nothing would be too much trouble for him. The apartment itself had everything we needed, very modern and clean. If you're looking for a place to stay then book here, you wouldn't be disappointed. We would definitely return again.

The sea view from the balcony was amazing, and the beach is only a few meters away. In the area there are a lot of restaurants, bars and shops. Close to city center.
