Simple, but comfortable apartment. Location was perfect, but street noise was bothering us at night. The apartment had many small extras, that some more luxurious places were lacking (paper towels, napkins, laundry detergent). Note, there is no a/c or even a fan.

The apartment is a home away from home. Nicely complemented and the location perfect for viewing all significant cultural and recreational sites. The apartment is quiet for a peaceful night sleep. The Sancho Meson Restaurant next door is one of the finest in Gijon. Opened in 1969 they offer some of the best Spanish cuisine in the city. Top marks for this apartment and to the host that kept checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. A complimentary Spanish Cider started our stay and the assortment of chocolates and hard candies were most welcome.

Apartment opposite the concert hall and at the end of a large leafy square. Supermarket just across the square. The seafront was only 10 minutes walk away. The apartment was very spacious and generally well serviced with a modern kitchen and two bathrooms. Quiet location at night and serviced with a lift as it is on the 5th floor. Helpful host and excellent value for money.

Still quite quiet, sound insulation kept the city noise of cars and people out. No key needed to get into the appartment, just remembering the code of the 2 doors is enough.

Esteban waited for us and showed the parking spot in the garage (which is located in the building across the street, so a bit logistic is needed with the luggage). The location is perfect (walking distance to the beach and the city center), the grocery store (Alimerka) is just downstairs.

The location is excellent! Next to the city centre, near, old town, many restaurants and beach. The apartment is big with 2 x bedrooms and 2 x bathrooms, which I found it very comfortable!
