Nice apartment with comfortable beds in a quiet area. Good to have parking but see other comments. You need to go into the apartment to get the parking access clicker - we parked just outside on Calle Poetas Gamonda in an area which is for pedestrians and garage access to other buildings. There was no issue with this. Once you get the garage clicker you then have to go around the block to get access to the garage which is on Calle Menendez Pelayo.

The responsiveness and attention Maria showed to us…to the point of finding us as we mistakenly walked past the building. The property itself was perfectly clean, comfortable and located. The property was secure and well-lit. Beautiful windows overlooking the street and allowing a nice breeze. She had a washer and dryer, which are always useful to travelers.

The location is wonderful, with very nice views. Oviedo is just 7 min away by car and is easily reachable, even for just an evening walk in the city. The owner was very kind and available, he advised us where to park in Oviedo and gave us restaurant recomendations. The bed was very comfortable. And the breakfast was delicious (there are many choices to choose from). I recommend this place and would definitely come back.

The staff were the best part, all of them so lovely, friendly and helpful. Many thanks to Alberto who was very sweet, and the best person we met on our travels. He really took care of us, helped us plan our day trips and always checked in with us to make sure we were happy, even when he wasn't working and just happened to bump into us in the street! . We will definitely come back here again. Thank for a lovely stay.

The location was excellent for the city centre which has interesting old buildings and a beautiful park nearby. It was also an easy walk to the market and interesting narrow streets around it. There was a good choice of restaurants nearby.

Every little detail has been thought of. Very comfortable bed and sofa. The owners are lovely people, very helpful and made us feel very welcome. The location is fantastic, very close to bus and train stations and not far to walk into city centre. Lots of restaurants and bars with a few minutes walk from the apartment.
